Detailed description of the works Hi we are interested in improving our 4 bedroom house in South Hill, Dartry. It was built in 1955. We added a one story extension to the rear about 9 years ago. We had some drawings done to • Extend and make better use of our space upstairs (second bathroom a priority) • convert the attic to useable space. • protect the light to the downstairs extension • modernise the porch • widen the front entrance and remodel the front garden • convert the garage to a family room • replace the existing garden shed • some minor modifications (e.g. re-locating the shower pump) • improve energy efficiency We weren't satisfied with the options provided and didn't progress the project. We are now anxious to proceed this year. If you are interested and available to oversee a project of this nature this year and can show recent relevant experience, an understanding of our requirements we would like to meet with you at an early date. We have copies of the earlier drawings available for reference if you wish.
